Process for Exact Reprints or Minor Revisions
For exact reprints of--or minor revisions to--an existing publication, the process begins by filling out the Project Request Form. Your request will be received by the Office of Marketing Communications (OMC) Project Manager.
After you submit an online request, please bring a hard copy of the original publication to the Project Manager, marked with any changes that you need. If there are significant text changes, they must be e-mailed in a word document directly to the OMC Project Manager. The OMC Project Manager will contact you if further clarification is needed. If you are requesting an exact reprint you will not receive a Production Schedule for your job.
