Students Move in to Begin New Year
September 06, 2011
Emmanuel welcomed its largest undergraduate enrollment in the College's history over Labor Day Weekend, as new and returning students made their way to campus to begin the 2011-2012 academic year.
Among the record 1,800 students were members of the Class of 2015, the largest class ever at Emmanuel. These first-year students are a vibrant group who hail from 25 U.S. states and 17 countries from around the world. They include a 2008 Beijing Olympics Games City Ambassador, a nationally ranked Thai badminton player, a classically trained trumpet player, and a novelist and playwright, among others.
On behalf of all administrators, faculty and staff at Emmanuel, welcome back students!
