Fr. Spencer Named New Director of Campus Ministry, College Chaplain

Emmanuel is pleased to welcome Fr. John P. Spencer, SJ to the College community as the new Director of Campus Ministry and College Chaplain.
Fr. Spencer, a Jesuit, has extensive experience in pastoral ministry, working with college students in the residence halls at Boston College and as a clinical social worker. He holds degrees from Boston College, Weston School of Theology and Boston University School of Social Work.
Fr. Spencer will introduce new relationships with the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry to enhance Emmanuel's campus ministry programs in service to the community, social justice, prayer experiences and discussions on ethics and faith development.
