New Student Move-In

As you plan your arrival for the Fall semester, please be aware that Move-In for new students takes place Sunday, September 5, 2010. All students are assigned a Move-In time and we ask that you please plan your trip accordingly. If you need to request an alternate time for your arrival, please contact Denise Rugman at rugmade@emmanuel.edu no later than Thursday, August 26, 2010.
Please note: To decrease the amount of time you need to wait to move into your residence hall, each family will be permitted only one car/truck/van (no trailers or moving trucks permitted).
Move-In Schedule for New Students:
Move-In for new students is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 5, 2010. All students must have settled their account with Student Financial Services in order to move into their on-campus assignment. All students check in at their residence hall.
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. :: Last names beginning with A - C
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. :: Last names beginning with D - J
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. :: Last names beginning with K - O
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. :: Last names beginning with P - Z
