Poetry Reading, Discussion with Tino Villanueva Held at Emmanuel

A poetry reading featuring Tino Villanueva was held on Tuesday, March 4th in the Janet M. Daley Library Lecture Hall. The event was well attended, as nearly 80 members of the Emmanuel community were present to hear Villanueva read poems from his books and provide historical, cultural, literary and autobiographical commentary to contextualize his work. The event was co-sponsored by Assistant Professor of Foreign Languages José Ignacio Alvare and Associate Professor of History Bill Leonard.
