Dr. Phebe Marr Brings Discussion on Iraq to Emmanuel College

The College welcomed Dr. Phebe Marr to campus on Wednesday, April 18th. Dr. Marr, one of the most respected experts on Iraq today and author of The Modern History of Iraq, spoke on “One Iraq or Many” in the Janet M. Daley Library Lecture Hall. Previously, Dr. Marr was a member of the Political Development section of the Expert Working Group advising the Iraq Study Group.
