The month of September is marked as Campus Fire Safety Month. Below are things you can do to prepare and stay safe.

Know all of the possible exit paths from your room, office, or classroom.

Evacuate the building whenever you hear the alarm unless otherwise instructed.

Remember that smoking is prohibited in all campus buildings.

Remember that using candles is prohibited in all campus buildings.

Never hang anything on or from a sprinkler head or in any way tamper with or obstruct smoke detectors.
